Michael has over 22 years of experience in the Construction Industry. He went to school for Construction, as well as Electrical, and owns Empire Electric in addition to Southwind Builders. For Michael, honesty is the only policy and he strives to complete all projects with integrity, not just with our clients, but also with our suppliers and contractors. He will be on-site coordinating the construction of your home, bringing to life the plans that Mike Parks created just for you. After High School, Mike entered the construction trade as an Apprentice Carpenter. Two years later, he attended Dunwoody College, where he earned a degree in Architectural Drafting & Estimating. He has spent the last 30 years as a Drafter/Estimator and is committed to listening to and understanding the particular needs of every client. As a result, each home we construct provides perfect spaces for a lifetime of comfortable living.
